AI Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated materials (worksheets, IEP narrative drafts, reading passages, etc.) are provided as drafts only. Newton Learning does not warrant the accuracy, legal compliance, or therapeutic appropriateness of generated content. Teachers bear professional responsibility for reviewing and approving all materials before use.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 60 days and then deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)

Schools retain full control over student education records at all times

Newton Learning does not require parent consent for teachers to use the platform, as we operate under the FERPA "school official" exception. However, if any student-identifiable data is shared externally, schools must obtain proper FERPA-compliant consent.
